Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation and certifications.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our boutique, ensuring the contents are fully insured.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item's condition. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
